E-Mail Notifications

PACFile is designed with the understanding that you won't be logged into application continuously to await the arrival of Dashboard notifications. With this in mind, to improve the effectiveness of the communication process, all notifications received through the Dashboard are also communicated simultaneously through e-mail.

These e-mails are sent to the address you associated with your UJS Web Portal account. This address can be verified or changed in the Manage Account screen.

These secondary communications are intended to make you aware that an action has occurred and provides a link that encourages you to log in to PACFile to view any specific documents or details that are being maintained securely.

Unlike Dashboard notifications, which are always sent to you in near-real time The short delay between the completion of an action and the communication of that action through a notification. Depending on the action, this delay is anywhere from one to three minutes., you maintain the option to customize the frequency in which you receive e-mail notifications for each of the various notification types.
